The Resting Squat - Squat Mobility Course

  • 14 Steps

About

Being comfortable sitting in a squat is considered a natural human resting position. But can you do it? Most people I know can not. Even if we don't have to rest in a squat, being able to do so suggests that our knees, hips, spine and ankles are all in good shape. It also means that when you train squats in the gym, you'll be able to choose how deep you go, rather than being restricted by how how deep you can go. This course will teach you several exercises and self assessments that you can use to help you unlock the resting squat. Work through this at your own pace, pick and choose the drills that work best for you. And in time, with practice, your body will open up and you'll experience a new level of freedom to move.
