How we start
We start with a conversation.

I listen to your story — why you’re here now, what you’ve tried,
and what you want help with.
We go through your history and the events that led you here.
Then we talk about the future — the blue-sky version,
without filtering it down to what you think is “realistic”.

This helps us understand each other and decide whether
we should work together.
​
From there, we assess how you move — not just what hurts,
but how your body has adapted over time.

After the assessment, I write you a report.

You don’t leave wondering what to do next.
Everything lives in a shared Google Drive folder.
I then build your plan.

At least once per month we sit down properly —
usually on Zoom, sometimes in person.
We review the last few weeks, reassess where needed,
and make sure the next phase moves you closer
to your blue-sky goal.

£250 per month

No long contracts.
Existing clients are grandfathered.
A small number of places are kept aside for people who genuinely can’t afford it — explained directly and handled quietly.

£250 doesn’t demand commitment.
