Dave Hedges
Dave is a Movement Therapist and Fitness Coach with over 20 years experience.
​
Dave started his journey as a child learning Karate, this created a spark, a drive to understand how the human body and mind work and how to optimise it for anything.
​
Through studying Anatomy in Motion under Gary Ward, Strength & Conditioning under many coaches and many martial arts, Dave now uses this knowledge and understanding to help others.
